I’ve been fortunate to live in a number of beautiful places across the country. But, my family and I have chosen to make Richardson our permanent home. It was clear from the moment we arrived that this place is different. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, there is ongoing support when it’s least expected. The community rallies around its children. And, it’s just a pretty, clean, safe place to enjoy recreation, entertainment and living. I love this community and all it has to offer.
Several constituents have asked me why I am taking on the challenge of running for Richardson City Council Place 5. The answer is simple. As a younger man, I was motivated to serve my country by a sense of duty and service that my parents instilled in me. The opportunities and knowledge it provided me remind me every day that I can’t take for granted anything this country has offered me. As an older adult, who has now been in civilian business leadership for 20-years, I feel compelled to take the expertise I’ve collected to continue serving my country through the amazing community we call home. Richardson has provided me, my family and friends so much. I am excited to donate my time and experience in kind.
